WHAT can be returned?
Products that are unopened and are in a resellable condition.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be raised within 30 days of purchase.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be returned to our address which will be given once the return has been organised.
HOW do customers return items?
Items must be sent with tracking and packed to avoid any possible damage of the item. Damaged items will be sent back to the sender.
SHIPPING for returns?
Customer must pay for Return postage unless we are at fault, where we will cover postage after receiving the item.
CREDIT for returns?
Credit can be given either through Store Credit or as a Refund depending on circumstances of return.
Items need to be in original packaging and undamaged.
